We are closely tracking the rapidly evolving public health and community concerns related to the new coronavirus or COVID-19. Rest assured that we are taking all available steps to remain accessible to our clients as we continue to act in accordance with their best interests during this difficult time.
Is your office currently open during normal business hours?
Our office is currently open during our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, we are working primarily remotely, and will not be scheduling in-office meetings until this crisis is over.

We offer Zoom video conferencing.
How can I get updates on the status of my case?
We will continue to regularly update you with regard to the status of your case. If you want to initiate the inquiry, please just call us. We are still available to you, even though the office and court dynamics have changed.
Are courts still open in my area?
In Orange County, the courts are closed to the public at least until April 24th, and it is subject to change.
Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
Anything that requires a face-to-face meeting will be rescheduled. Settlement negotiations will still proceed as planned since they take place by email, fax, phone and text.
